For Outlook and Microsoft 365
Stop chasing people who never reply.
Outlook lets you tag an email. If no one responds, a follow-up is sent from your own mailbox within the same thread. It halts immediately once anyone replies.
You can use this for free as an individual. The plan gives you 50 follow-ups every month, and it runs on work or school Microsoft 365 accounts.
How it works
Tag the email
Apply a NudgeAgain category to emails you have already sent or those prepared for sending. The feature functions within Outlook, whether you are accessing it from a desktop computer or a mobile phone.
NudgeAgain waits
The system monitors the thread for activity. Once a response arrives, it halts immediately and performs no further actions.
The follow-up goes out
If you still haven't heard back after the wait time you selected, we send a brief follow-up. This message arrives as a reply in that same thread during your working hours, coming directly from your own email address.
Made to fit how people actually handle their inbox
Same thread, your mailbox
Real replies go out through your own Outlook account. They land in Sent Items just like any other message you compose.
Stops when anyone replies
Getting a response from the recipient or an associate on their team brings your follow-up attempts to an immediate halt.
Knows an out-of-office
NudgeAgain skips over auto-responses, since they don't count as a real answer. If an automated message says the person will be back on the 3rd, the system holds off until that date.
Sends at sensible hours
NudgeAgain keeps follow-ups within your set working hours. It also skips sending messages at night to anyone whose location it can determine.
Rules for busy people
You can chase leads without assigning a single tag to them. On the flip side, your accountant stays off the radar completely. You hold all the power to determine who receives which message.
Runs while your laptop is shut
Follow-ups send on schedule because the processing runs through NudgeAgain's servers, keeping things moving even if your computer is powered down.
Your first follow-ups wait for your OK
Review the outgoing message first so you can decide whether NudgeAgain should proceed on its own.
